Fish Creek Cottages Terms & Conditions

The listed Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to all direct bookings. Any reservations made through external booking sites must also comply with any terms and conditions set forth by those booking sites. 

All guest reservations are subject to all state and local sales tax and any other specialty taxes that may apply. 

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance due will be charged to the credit card on file within 30 days of your reservation dates.

There will be no refunds for appliance, mechanical or plumbing failures, or for any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.  We must be notified of any issues immediately. 
We will do our best to keep all systems in good working order. Any failures will be fixed as soon as possible. It is out of our control if a cottage becomes no longer available. If your reservation is affected, we will do our best to provide you with comparable options. If we are not able to, you will receive a full refund. 

All bedding, blankets and pillows are provided for your convenience. Kitchen dish towels and ONE SET of bath towels (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth) is provided per guest per reservation and are not to be used outside the cottage, as floor mats, to clean off pets, or for makeup removal. Guests are responsible for supplying their own beach towels, makeup removal towels, and pet towels. Additional linens and towels may be requested but understand are not always available therefore are not included in your reservation.   There will be a starter for toilet paper, paper towel, hand soap and garbage bags provided for your convenience. 

Check-in is available after 4pm. If you will be arriving late, please contact us so that we are aware. Renters are liable for all damages they cause that occur during their rental period. Repair or replacement of any property in kind will be charged to the credit card on file.
Check-out is prior to 11am. Late check outs are not available. 
If maximum occupancy is exceeded (human or canine alike), at our discretion, your full reservation amount may be forfeited and your reservation immediately terminated.

Parking for one vehicle per cottage is provided on property for your convenience. Additional vehicles must be parked off property. On street parking as well as local overflow parking are available in the immediate vicinity.

NO fireworks are allowed to be used on the property. Do not disturb your neighbors. Please observe Quiet Time from 10pm-8am. 

Pet-friendly cottages are available for well behaved, house trained dogs up to a max of 2 per reservation. They must be kept on a leash at all times when outside of the cottages on the grounds. Poop bags and dog feeding dishes are provided for those cottages for your convenience and owner(s) are fully responsible for immediately picking up after their pets. Guests with pets must be considerate of other guests at all times especially if dogs are left alone in cottages. We do not recommend that guests leave their pets for long periods of time (especially at night) and they will be notified of any complaints made. Any disruptions that occur must be dealt with immediately. Guests are responsible for damages their pets cause that occur during their rental period. Repair or replacement of any property in kind will be charged to the credit card on file.   
No pets of any kind are allowed in non-dog friendly cottages. A $500 fee will be charged to the credit card on file for pets (including pet remnants) found in non-dog friendly cottages. 

No Smoking is allowed in any cottages. 

Rental units are to be left in good, clean condition. Please complete all check out items prior to your departure.  If cottages are not left in good condition or if check out items are not complete, an additional cleaning fee of $150 may be charged to the credit card on file at the discretion of the Property Owners. In addition, any posted cottage rules must be followed.
